Entrance to Tropical Farms
Owned and operated by locals, this farm began as a small roadside operation in 1987. Now it has grown into a lovely little business.

The perfect morning trio – fresh, locally-roasted coffee paired with a variety of macadamia nuts and a poi donut.
Tropical Farms most popular product is macadamia nuts. They roast and flavor a wide assortment, all of which are delicious! Their other popular product is coffee. Theirs is special because they roast the beans in macadamia nut oil (taken from the macadamia nuts grown on the farm) and have a different roasting process that makes their beans less bitter. Tropical Farms also grows a variety of fruits. Free samples of coffee and the mac nuts abound.

If you walk through the gift shop and out the back, you’ll see the area where they do much of their roasting and have a chance to crack open a few of your own macadamia nuts. Try some samples, learn some Hawaiian history, and get some great gifts to take home while supporting local!
