Help Flatten the Curve |
Passenger and employee safety is our top priority. On March 18, 2020, we temporarily suspended all tours as a preemptive measure to curtail the spread of COVID-19 into the community.
Please be advised Governor David Ige has extended through November 30, the 14-day self-quarantine for everyone arriving to Hawaii. However, effective October 15, Governor Ige has approved the Hawaii pre-travel testing program providing travelers with an alternative to the 14-day mandatory quarantine. Our employees look forward to sharing our Hawaii with you and remain informed so that they are prepared to address your concerns. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility.
Roberts Hawaii Guidelines follow the procedures set by the (CDC) Center for Disease Control and Prevention by routinely cleaning all our vehicles with enhanced sanitizing spray disinfectant throughout our vehicles, including touchpoints such as handrails, driver areas, and poles. Our staff is prepared to field your inquiries at [email protected] or (808) 439-8810. Should you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.
