Best Places to Party in Waikiki
If you love nightlife, you’ll love nightlife in Hawaii – specifically Oahu’s famous Waikiki. Grab a drink at the lanai bar, which overlooks the Ala Moana shopping center. Happy hour takes place every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Located right on Waikiki Beach, you can get delicious pupus and exotic cocktails here as you listen to live Hawaiian music each night.
Head to the Ala Moana Hotel for popular music on Friday and Saturday nights. With a large dance floor and modern surroundings, this is a great place for the young and young at heart to gather.
This restaurant and nightclub provides VIP bottle service and is open till 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The DJs aren’t your been-there-done-that variety…you’ll find some pretty unique music here that always gets the crowd jumping.
If you’re into gay bars, this one is a can’t miss. It’s open every day of the week. You get karaoke during the week and DJs on the weekends, and the party doesn’t stop for all the young people of Waikiki. You may even be able to catch a drag show on the weekends. Adorned with glitter and jewels in an Egyptian style, Zanzibar caters to an upscale crowd who love music and high energy dancing. From house to hip hop, there’s something for everyone here. You can also take in a comedy show or salsa dance lessons, with VIP rooms available.
With a classic nightclub vibe and high energy feel, Addiction is where it’s at. There are plenty of bars here so you’re never stuck in line for long, plus you get bottle service and dancing till 3 a.m. It’s situated in The Modern hotel in Honolulu. There’s a dress code here, so be sure to dress accordingly: button-down shirts and long pants for the men and upscale casual dress for the ladies.
